Shipping Method
Turntable360.com has partnership with HongKong Post, DHL and UPS. The HongKong Post is our primary shipping carrier, the International Air Mail of HongKong Post is the basic shipping method, and we also offer international express mail on some specific items by DHL or UPS. The currently shipping methods/types are as following:
- Registered Airmail (For orders weight up to 2kg) *
- Air Parcel (For orders weight between 2kg and 20kg) **
- Express Mail (For some specific countries, items or customer request)
* What is the Registered Airmail? The Registered Airmail provides a registration number that can be used for tracking the delivery status online (on our carrier site). For some specific counties such as United States, the registration number can go through their post system for example on usps.com for further tracking.
** Air Parcel only available for parcel over 2kg and less 20kg, or sum of package length, wideness, highness over 90cm, or sum of any two-part over 60cm. Basically, Air Parcel has the same transport time as Register Airmail needed. Air Parcel also provided free register number to trace online.
Note: We ship from HongKong. The Airmail Services is the standard delivery method in Turntable360.com.
The Entire Shipping Process
Transport is one of the greatest concerns of customers,Turntable360.com is shipping worldwide, many customers do not know the whole process about the international parcel delivery, and either do not know how many days for the parcel delivering to your hands.

Ship Out Notification
Usually when the parcel leaves our warehouse we will update customer the date and related shipping information such as registration/tracking number to customer’s email that registered on Turntable360.com.
Note: The parcel will be transported from our warehouse to HongKong Post logistic center for ship processing before shipped. This course may take some time therefore the date we stated in shipping notification is not the actually shipping out date. Therefore the online tracking status may not be available immediately until the shipping data is updated in system, customer can wait 1-2 days for tracking.
“Gift” Mark Service
Turntable360.com knows about there maybe import tariffs or other fees picked up by customer’s country for international purchase, and we always try our best to legally minimize your import duties (or GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes). All of our parcels will be declaimed as “Gift” to help customers minimizing the tariffs upon customers' requests to do so. In the most cases, there may be none duty payable. However, if any delivery delay & additional charges generated for customs clearance must be borne by customer.
Other Notes
The address we ship to should be the shipping address customer fills in the order check out (that will shows on the purchase notification email). Please remember to offer correct shipping address, once the parcel shipped out, it does not allow changing the shipping address anymore. And we will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.
