Return & Refund

 

Turntable360.com ensures that your interests are protected when you shop with us. In line with this, our after-sale services are designed to maximize your flexibility so you can make the most from your purchases.

 

  • Item(s) are returned must be in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.

  • Buyers are responsible for cost of return postage; For protection, we strongly recommend that buyers insure return shipment against loss or damages, and that use a shipper that can provide proof of delivery. 

  • Any return must enquire us first, to send back without RMA # (given by our customer service) will not be accepted. 

  • Our refund policy is only to refund the purchase price after deductiing the delivery charge to the buyer (i.e. refund does not include shipping and handling and insurance charges).

  • We do not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning.

  • Any exchange or refund must be processed after we received your returned items.
